Jim

Kerr

Jim Kerr is an entrepreneur and extraordinary technologist that has solved some of the worlds most complex technical challenges.
Jim is a founding team member of Orbitz Worldwide where he built the Global Technical Operations and helped navigate them through two IPO’s (NASDAQ: ORBZ; NYSE: OWW); he founded several businesses including YourPrivateLine.com, one of the first Internet Telephony Service Providers that preceded Vonage and Skype, Team ITG, a Technology Management Consulting Organization, where he built the business into a leading Midwest firm servicing Fortune 1000 clients including NetJets, Nationwide Insurance, Chase and Whirlpool, and co-founded LJ Aero, a Government and Airlines Worldwide Flight Operations Application Service Provider.
Jim’s latest engagement was Walgreens Boots Alliance (NASDAQ: WBA) where he managed multi-billion dollar initiatives that transformed the Company technical infrastructure from decades behind into a world-class retail operation. Some of his projects included building the 24th largest phone company in the world centralizing all telephony operations, replacing 48-thousand point of sale systems across 8-thousand locations in 14 months, developing the Balance Rewards Customer Loyalty Program, the largest Loyalty program launch in history with over 100-million members, establishing the Hadoop Big data infrastructure ingesting billions of transactions per day, spearheading M&A technical due diligence and integration, and many other strategic initiatives.

Eliah has over 31 years of experience building and managing complex state of the art call center operations.
He has a unique background of both leading global in house operational resources for fortune 500 companies as well as an extensive background in consulting and delivering services as an international supplier / BPO at the highest levels of outsourced organizations.
Eliah has held several key roles throughout his career including being a partner of Accenture's Contact Center and CRM practice, Senior Vice President of Cendant's prestigious Global Operations Team and Managing Partner of SKMK LLC.

Diegel

Lynn is a senior-level customer care and contact center operations leader who builds customer organizations that deliver world class sales and customer service.
She has defined and implemented contact center solutions and led customer management organizations for U.S. based operations, multi-site operations teams, support departments, and global service delivery teams.
Having led customer contact centers for both high-growth enterprises as well as in traditional corporate contact /call center environments, she's developed a unique perspective leading high performance teams to improved service levels and increased revenues, while also improving delivery quality.

Lisa is a leading expert in product development, aerospace and software development.
She holds advanced degrees from Indiana University, Ohio State University and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Mathematics, Physics and Aerospace.
